Now, how to whitelist in Gmail:

1. Click the gear icon in Gmail and hit up "See all settings" from the Quick settings menu.

2. Click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses" in the top menu.

3. Next, click "Create a new filter."

4. Enter in a specific email or even a whole domain in the "From" field.

5. Click "Create filter."

6. Check the "Never send it to Spam" box.

7. Give it the final touch by hitting "Create filter" again.

Moving on to Outlook:

1. Click the gear icon and then "View all Outlook settings."

2. Next, click into the "Mail" section in settings.
